IT Project Manager:
Job Duties:
Plan, direct and coordinate information technology project planning, development and implementation. Manage project(s) delivery responsibilities, efforts, and personnel including developers, programmers, analysts, and testers, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budget and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Assess client needs for projects. Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to ensure timeliness, quality assurance level, etc. Manage client engagements and client relationships. Develop and mentor technical project team members (team size, approximately 3-10), depending on project. Confer with technical team members to provide technical advice and inputs to resolve problems.
Requirements:
Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related, and 12 months of experience in the job offered or as a/an software designer, developer, tester, analyst, business intelligence analyst, or related. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the above-stated occupations. Position is based out of 379 Thornall St., Floor 12, Edsion, NJ 08837 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Rate of Pay: $261,248.00/year. Sr. Software Engineer:
Job Duties:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications. Analyze user needs and communicate same to team to develop appropriate software solutions. Coordinate the team's development of test strategies, devices, and systems to optimize operational efficiency. May perform data migration and data synchronization implementation functions. Technologies may vary depending on project needs. May train new or junior team members such as programmers and developers (approximately 3-10 depending on project); provide end-to-end project support to customer and technical teams; write white papers or other reports; and help define project strategies and standards.
Requirements:
Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related, and 12 months of experience in the job offered or as a/an software designer, developer, tester, or analyst. Sr. Systems Analyst:
Job Duties:
Lead the analysis of business requirements, procedures, and problems to support the development of new or enhanced software applications; estimate required effort for feasible technical solutions and propose solutions to customers; prepare project design, architecture, requirements, and testing documents; build decision tables and develop use cases to organize and clarify complex business rules; execute unit tests and test scripts; review code, define change control process, and troubleshoot escalated technical problems; consult with technical teams to improve adherence to standards and specifications; integrate new applications or features into, and provide support for existing systems; conduct user acceptance testing; may train new or junior team members such as programmers and analysts (approximately 3-10 depending on project); provide end-to-end project support to customer and technical teams; write white papers or other reports; and help define project strategies and standards.

Create technical project plans based on client and stakeholder feedback and finalize module designs; monitor source control repository; define project specifications to promote defect-free delivery; assess impact of design changes; consult with technical teams to communicate and improve adherence to standards and specifications; support code reviews, testing, and quality assurance; may train new or junior software architects or engineers (approximately 3-10 depending on project); provide end-to-end project support to customer and technical teams; write white papers or other reports.
