IT Project Manager
Job Duties: Plan, direct and coordinate information technology project planning, development and implementation. Manage project(s) delivery responsibilities, efforts, and personnel including developers, programmers, analysts, and testers, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budget and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Assess client needs for projects. Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to ensure timeliness, quality assurance level, etc. Manage client engagements and client relationships. Develop and mentor technical project team members (team size, approximately 3-10, depending on project). Confer with technical team members to provide technical advice and inputs to resolve problems.

Sr. Datawarehousing Architect
Job Duties: Evaluate and assess client requirements, analyzing any existing solutions and design, develop, test and deliver appropriate data warehouse and data integration solutions. Collaborate with system architects, software architects, design analysts, and others to understand business requirements. Develop data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction. Monitor and report systems resource consumption trends to assure production systems meet availability requirements. Document and communicate data integration and warehouse changes. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot necessary data warehouse and data integration tools. Provide data integration solutions using real-time, messaging, streaming and/or ETL tools as well as custom code. Map data from source systems and restructure and redefine mapping data, as necessary, to clarify and maximize information content. Prepare functional or technical documentation for data warehouses. Use IBM DataStage and related Infosphere tools, Informatica PowerCenter, Microsoft SSIS, Python, PL SQL, and/or SQL.
