KPIT provided M.U.D. with the cloud-based solution from SuccessFactors, an
SAP company that enabled M.U.D. to improve organizational efficiency, communication and response time.
The goal was to provide M.U.D. with a newer
human capital management (HCM) solution to improve its ability to manage the workforce holistically with transparent visibility, organizational efficiency and HR insight. The project scope included integration of the SuccessFactors solution with multichannel, third-party reporting tools addressing issues such as retirement, succession and retention, as well as aging technologies and skills-gap shortages. The implementation has brought the organization a configurable reengineered design to eliminate manual processes and streamline HR strategies. Business objectives were met with improved communication and response times, reduced work redundancy, improved accessibility and greater mobility.
