The client currently manages its day to day operations through several stand-alone business applications with limited flexibility and scalability and many spreadsheets and manual processes. Due to the lack of integration across these applications, the client is not able to get end to end visibility to their operations. In addition, the current application design is not scalable to effectively enable and support its projected growth and expansion.

Using its proven implementation methodology, Birlasoft will collaborate with the client in transforming a wide cross section of business processes with the first phase planned to go live in about 6 months from project kickoff. Two subsequent phases covering the remainder of the business processes will roll out over the following year. In addition to business consulting, PMO and implementation, Birlasoft will be providing ongoing application maintenance and will provide operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) validation testing as a service for the Oracle Cloud ERP with its Oracle Customer Update Safe Testing (OCUST) service.
