Transforming WMS - Oracle WMS Cloud and Honeywell AR/AS Powering Automated Warehouses

An EV battery division of a global engine manufacturer transformed its warehouse operations using Oracle WMS Cloud integrated with Honeywell AR/AS automation. As the AMS partner, Birlasoft led a structured digital transformation, enabling higher throughput, superior inventory accuracy, and a future-ready automation foundation.
The transformation focused on optimizing core processes using Oracle WMS–driven real-time inventory visibility, system-directed put away, and rules-based wave picking.
