Madhavan assumes leadership of Birlasoft at a pivotal moment for the technology industry, as artificial intelligence, automation and digital technologies continue to reshape how enterprises operate, innovate and create value. He has a strong track record of driving business transformation, strategic growth and operational excellence.
Madhavan succeeds Angan Guha, who led the company through an important phase of its evolution and growth.
Madhavan has been closely associated with Birlasoft for several years through his leadership roles within the CKA Birla Group. As Group CFO, he worked extensively with the Birlasoft leadership team and Chairpersons to help shape strategic priorities, strengthen organisational performance, and drive long-term value creation.
