The customer encountered numerous challenges such as Legacy On-prem infrastructure leading to business downtime, inability to standardize the infrastructure post acquisitions and lack of HA & DR for business-critical applications. There was also a need for improved scalability and elasticity.
Birlasoft Solution
Birlasoft did Due diligence of the workload profiles. The identified AWS and On prem workloads in US, Europe and APAC were migrated to Azure leveraging the Birlasoft Migration Framework (iMigrate). Post the migration, Cloud Operations on Azure was set up using Birlasoft Sigma platform deploying IT Operations Management and Analytics & Reporting modules.
Birlasoft subsequently did additional Migration projects.
