Check-in and Conference
- There will be a separate check-in/registration desk at the hotel reception. Request you to register yourself and check-in from the designated area.
- Please be seated in the Conference Hall 15 minutes before each session. The doors to the conference hall will be closed 5 minutes before the beginning of the sessions.
- Each attendee has a designated seat. Kindly be seated accordingly.
- The Breakfast Venue is at a different level, and the Conference Hall is about a 4-5-minute walk away; hence, budget your time accordingly at the beginning of each day.
- Buffets for lunch and dinner on arrival (April 7th, 2024) and breakfast will be served daily at the restaurant Giornotte.
Check-out and Transfer to Dubai Airport
- Kindly ensure that you complete your Check-Out Formalities before the beginning of the sessions on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
- Please note that the hotel bookings (event venue) are only from 7th April’24 to 10th April’24.
- Two mini buses will depart for the airport from the hotel at 5:00 PM for outbound flights from Abu Dhabi.
