The client had contemplated cloud application migration but had decided in favour of the continuation of investments in EBS and undertook application upgrade to stay supported by Oracle Inc. The client had customized many of the seeded objects in place and there was inadequate solution documentation. Complex MSCA and other OAF customizations had also been carried out.
