Business Challenges
The customer was looking at replacing their global Tier 1 vendor who was managing their operations, due to lack of ownership and proactiveness from the vendor. The existing model was not agile and was inflexible to scale up and scale down. The customer was also looking to drive the operational costs down.

Birlasoft Solution involved Integrated Global run operations with accountability and ownership across Applications and Infrastructure services. The infrastructure solution comprised of Global service desk, Workplace services, Office 365 services, Data Center services, Network data & voice services and Security & Identity services. The customer landscape covered 500+ servers, 150+ network devices, 2000+ end user devices and 6000+ mailboxes.
The Birlasoft iSight platform comprising of Industry standard tools was setup to replace the incumbent tools. The solution also included Network transformation from MPLS to Cisco Meraki SD WAN and Tenant-to-tenant Azure migration.
