| Birlasoft implements SAP ERP at Skipper |

BHIWADI (Rajasthan), Nov 5, 2007: Skipper SEIL, a leading manufacturer of transformers and switchgears, has gone live with SAP in a fast-track implementation within four months. The project was executed by SAP channel partner Birlasoft at the Skipper manufacturing facilities based at Bhiwadi in Rajasthan. With the success of SAP implementation at the manufacturing facilities, Skipper looks forward for the second phase of rollout which will involve their manufacturing units and trading operations in Nigeria and Dubai.

Birlasoft have done an exceedingly good job in implementing SAP in a short span. This implementation is expected to ensure that flow of information is quick, reliable and transparent that in turn will enable Skipper to access accurate and real time information, further enhance business efficiency at Skipper’s growing operations and meet the needs of its multiple stakeholders globally.
Skipper SEIL is Birlasoft’s third SAP go-live within the last quarter.
